These terms govern the use of our digital services, software solutions, and consulting services. By registering or using the offer, you accept the following provisions.
These terms of use apply to all services of Alea-Core GmbH, Neuhauserstraße 25, in particular for the provision of cloud infrastructure, AI analysis tools, digital twins, and process optimization software. Deviating terms of the user are not recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
The user receives a non-exclusive right to use the platform, limited to the duration of the contract. They are obliged to provide all necessary data and information in a timely and complete manner. Passing on access data to third parties is prohibited. The user is liable for all actions carried out via their account.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited in amount to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages, data loss, and lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. After termination, all personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy, unless statutory retention obligations conflict.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use with effect for the future, insofar as this is necessary due to technical or legal developments. We will notify you of material changes by email. If you do not object within four weeks of receiving the notification, the amended terms will be deemed accepted. We will specifically point out your right to object in the notification.
